Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every customer to shop with confidence. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by sending us a message as soon as possible.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

Returns may be requested under the following situations:

  • The package is still in transit
  • The package has been delivered
  • Within 3 days after receiving the order

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed

Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable

For all refunded or returned orders, shipping fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Orders returned during transit
  • Orders returned after delivery
  • Orders with “Free Shipping”

For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost we paid will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Please contact us before returning any items
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected
  • Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect
