Thank you for shopping with Kelly’s Floral Supply. We are committed to carefully packing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

• Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Large wholesale or custom orders may require additional processing time.

• During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship orders through USPS, UPS, or other available carriers depending on package size and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days

• Priority Mail: 2–5 business days

• Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Kelly’s Floral Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience delivery issues, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or household members

• Contacting your local USPS/UPS office

• Filing a carrier claim if applicable

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The damaged items

• Packaging materials

• Shipping label

We will review the issue and work with you toward a reasonable solution.

Local pickup is available in:

• Ontario, CA

• Eastvale, CA

Pickup is by appointment only. Please contact us before arriving to confirm availability and receive the exact pickup address.
